Satay

Satay is a tradition food of Java and Sumatra, Indonesia. Satay can be made of chicken, goat, mutton, beef, pork, fish, tofu, venison (a.k.a meat), shrimp, squid and tripe (from french tripe). This information is from: www.wikipedia.org
